Cart Rental Information and Ordering Procedure:
We rent ice cream pushcarts and hot dog carts to make your events even more special!
- Please email us at countywideic@optonline.net to request our order form, rental agreement, and novelty ice cream item/price list.
- Deposit in the amount of the cart rental and dry ice must be given to hold cart order either in person, or credit card over the phone.
- Cart order balance for ice cream cost must be paid in full prior to pick up of cart.
- Carts are NOT recommended to be delivered up stairs, decks, steep ramps, or across uneven pavement or soft wet grassy areas and are NOT intended to be moved from original delivery location due to weight safety concerns.
- Customer is responsible for emptying and cleaning out the cart prior to returning it to avoid a cleaning fee.
Ice Cream Cart Rentals
Small ice cream push cart - AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER PICK-UP ONLY!
43"l x 34"w x 38"h: Holds up to 8 boxes, or up to 200 individual novelty pieces. Can not accommodate bulk 3-gal tubs. Small ice cream carts must be picked up by customer.
Customer vehicle MUST accommodate at least 36" of rear height clearance i.e. Van, pick up, larger SUV, and must have adequate tie down/bungy cords to secure the cart from tipping. Failure to bring adequate tie-downs at time of pick up will prevent customer from being able to pick up cart!
- $150.00/day rental plus required 1/2 blocks dry ice, plus ice cream purchase.
Large Electric Ice Cream Push Cart: COUNTY WIDE DELIVERY ONLY:
55"L x 28"W x 40"H: Holds up to 30 boxes, or up to 720 individual novelty pieces, or up to 8 bulk tubs. Must be delivered by County Wide Ice Cream.
- $200.00/day rental, plus delivery/pick-up charge based on location, plus the cost of ice cream. No dry ice needed – must be in close proximity to an electrical outlet.
Deposit for cost of cart required to book cart. Balance of payment in full must be received prior to delivery carts. Please book carts as far in advance as possible (2-4 wks.) during peak months May-September. If County Wide Ice Cream is booked, we will be happy to offer an alternate supplier whenever possible.
Hot Dog Cart: CUSTOMER PICK UP ONLY! SEE PICK-UP REQUIREMENTS ABOVE UNDER SMALL ICE CREAM PUSH CARTS.
Suffolk County Only Please. 46"L x 26"W x 48"H: Must be delivered by County Wide Ice Cream.
Hot dogs and all condiments to be supplied by customer.
